Report Calls example

If you wanted to select all of your calls that cost more than $1.00 to a specific phone number, then you would check the cost check box and indicate that the lowest cost of the call should be $1 and that the greatest cost of the call should be $9,999.99.

You should also check the number check box and indicate the specific phone number that you intend to search by. Select your search order, in this example, sequential from the most recent date, select "My Calls Only" and then press the button "Build".

A percentage bar will be displayed and some numbers showing how your search is progressing. As we have left the search order option as it was, the report is searching backwards from some number to zero in this particular example. You will also see the number of matching records, ie. records that fit within the filter that you have specified. It should also give you the name of the file that you are actually searching, its physical location and details of the filters you are using.
