Collected Disbursement Records Window

The Collected Disbursement Records Window - Displays a spreadsheet like view of Collected Disbursement Records.

The system administrator can export a text file of all unposted and chargeable disbursement records to a text file suitable for importing to a PMA system. Only some PMA systems are supported. If your PMA system is not supported you can still print a list of the disbursement records that can be entered manually into the PMA system.

Note that system administrators can select all records or just their own.

The refresh button makes sure that the display is up to date. Use the calendar control (pick list), or enter the date to select either day or month. The text box must hold a complete legitimate date.

You can double click on a "cell" in the spreadsheet, or grid which will allow the following functions, depending on the column you have clicked. If you double click on the record number - the original info box or other charge details window is displayed. Note that if you update this windows the user or login name will be changed to yours for this record.

Brings up Client Details for that client.

Matter

Full description of matter.

Disbursement

Full description of Disbursement.

User Login

Pick list of all employees using this name.

Full description of Activity.

Record number

-

Either the Call Record Details as filled in by the user, or a Mail, Courier and Other Charges form, as applicable.

Client name

-

Brings up Client Details for that client.
