How to run MonTel Server in a DOS Box or VM in Windows

However, it is recommended that the MonTel Server be run in a pure DOS environment. The major objections to this are:

1) It is hard to create enough conventional memory in DOS

2) It is hard to set up the networking components.

3) We not longer have a copy of DOS.
