Filters

Blank fields: Where the filters are left blank all records are returned. That is by not specifying anything in the phone number field, the report will return all records with any phone number, not just records with a blank phone number. There is no way to search for a blank phone number.

Range: When a range of filters for example least and greatest cost has one field left blank, then all records will meet that value. So in for example to return all calls over $1.00 in value, specify 1 in the Least field, and leave the greatest field blank.

Wild cards: The phone Number and Extension fields allow the use of wild cards. And asterisk (*) will substitute for any following digits, while a question mark (?) will substitute for any single digit.

Format: Any dates must be in the format yyyy-mm-dd (for example 2004-08-04 for August 4, 2004), and time as hh:mm:ss. The Extension field will only accept the number, and not the type of extension. The duration in seconds can only be a single figure. So 5 minutes would be 300. When Updated Calls in set to any, the posted call and chargeable call items are meaningless.

Items to display

When selected, the column is displayed. The report defaults to Record, Direction, Station, Number, date time, Cost, Call type and Posted. Selecting no items will produce unpredictable results.

Number of rows.

The number of rows displayed defaults to 100. Be aware that long reports, especially reports returning up to 10000 records my time out before completion.
