Call Manager 4.01

The Cisco Call Manager 4.01 driver for MonTel uses a TAPI interface to collect or monitor data from the system.

Because this driver uses the Win32 TAPI interface, there is no DOS driver for this system.

The driver is only expecting a limited number of TAPI commands during the life cycle of each call. If it receives a message that is does not understand, it will display the message as an M_DEBUG message on the console, and will write it to the ServerSV.log or ServerCN.log file is the LogMessageLevel = 3.

If a large number of these are received (say more than 2 or 3) please forward your zipped up log file to support@netwiz.com.au.

Remember: if adding new lines, phones or devices to Call Manager to:

1. Add them to the list of devices for the MonTel user.

2. Restart the MonTel Server.
