Export Format summary settings table

The ExportFormat table is used by ExportReportFormat in the PMA.INI file and ServerAutoExportFormat in the PABX.INI file to set various export format report settings, depending on the filter.

This table has now been superseded by the tables shown with the documentation for each filter, and while subject to change at any time, though changes (where possible) will be downwards compatible.
