Identifying the MonTel administrator

The setup wizard will use the information collected here to fill out the entry for the first user.

The Extension or station number is the handset or telephone extension number for the user. If you are installing as the network administrator, and you have telephone in the server room, you might want to use that number.

The default full name is "MonTel Installer", but the correct full name might well be "Network Administrator", or in this case "David L Morris"!

The pin number is the number that the user might use in association with other disbursement systems and is the way that the use might be recognised by the accounting system that the data is exported to. This number should be unique for all users or not used, as is usually all digits so it could be used with a PABX to gain access to an outside line. The employee number should be the number or code that uniquely identifies the staff member. Typically this would be the payroll number. It is important that some other number subject to change is NOT used. For example don't use the telephone extension number. This number should have have some historical significance in the sense that should there be two John Smith's who worked for the organisation a different times, the employee number or code would offer a way of identifying them.
