The Time/Time Zone is out by one hour either in computers or call records in the Eastern States after the 28th of August 2001.

This problem is most likely to be caused by having the Sydney Olympic time day in the PABX.INI file. The problem is caused by having TZDaylightStartDateTime should = "02:00:00 28/08/00".

To correctly record and display the time in MonTel, TZDaylightStartDateTime and TZDaylightEndDateTime in the time zone Section in the PABX.INI file should be:

TZDaylightStartDateTime = "02:00:00 28/10/01"
TZDaylightEndDateTime = "02:00:00 25/03/01"

Please note that the daylight savings time and dates should be for the same year.

Where the State does not have daylight savings these entries should be blank. The other settings should remain the same.

More information can be found in the general topic: Daylight savings reverts to normal for 2001.
