The freeware program fsetop.exe can be downloaded as a zip file from here:
Both are Windows 32 bit console programs written in 'C', and so should be pretty fast. FSeTop has been successfully tested with Plain HTML output created by AuthorIt! V3.2 and AuthorIt! V4.1. The panel and breadcrumb navigation output has been tested with AuthorIt! V4.1 but should also work with AuthorIt! V3.2.
Unzip the enclosed file, and place the FSETOP.EXE in a an executable path. Copy the Authorit! HTML output to a folder. Run FSETOP with the appropriate command line parameters (best to use it in a batch file).
Stripcr is not longer required as Fsetop does a much better job of compressing HTML output, however it has been included here for completeness in case it is used for other tasks.
Stripcr (Strpcr32.exe) has the following command line commands:
STRIPCR.EXE (c) 2001, Netwiz Pty Ltd. Usage:STRIPCR s:pathfile d:pathfile where... - s:pathfile is the source file to be stripped. - d:pathfile is the resulting destination file. (if only s:pathfile then this file is replaced if both then s:pathfile is not erased.)
