Time Zone Utility - TZUtil

TzUtil or Time Zone Utility is a small fast utility program that allows you to see the time zone currently active on your computer, and uses the same code (called Time Zone Adjust) as in MonTel to change the time zone for your own computer if you change the settings in the accompanying PABX.INI file.

will generally do nothing more than display the screen shot shown. However it will prompt you to update the Time Zone settings on your computer (including the Daylight savings time) if any of the significant parts of the time zone information differ between the Windows Time Zone and the TZUtil information.

This NEW VERSION 2.12.x is designed to be used with MonTel 2.12.x, or as a stand alone. It will not work correctly with monTel 2.11.x.

This application contain no malware, nagging or other malicious components. The only advertising are some vague references to an application called MonTel.

(Time Zone Utility) or Time Zone Adjust as part of MonTel, is small  and pops up on your screen very quickly. TZUtil should work on Win9x through NT computers such as Win2K, WinXP, and may even work under Vista apart from the expected Vista UAC issues.

This version fixes a bug in which following years may assume the 4th Sunday rather than the last Sunday
