What equipment does my firm need?

The MonTel Server computer uses the same settings as the client PC's, and sits between your phone system and your computer network. All you need is a SMDR card, or serial port in your phone system.

If you have an old PC you may not need any more hardware to run MonTel.

A PC running Windows 2000 will be sufficient to run a MonTel server service.
